From Limerick

Take the R445 Ennis Road out of Limerick.
Merge onto the N18, and follow the N18 for 12km / 8 miles.
Exit onto the N19 (signposted Shannon Airport)
Follow the N19 for approximately 2km (1.25 miles), until you reach Shannon Town roundabout.
Take the second left onto the R472.

From Ennis

Follow the N85 out of Ennis for approximately 9km until you join the M18, heading South (for Limerick, Shannon).
Stay on the M18 for 14km until you reach the exit for N19 (Shannon Airport).
On the N19, arrive at Shannon Town roundabout and take the second exit onto the R472.
