The Internet contains a wealth of information. Unfortunately, it may also contain personal details about you that you do not want everyone to know. SkyCourt’s policy is to respect and protect the privacy of our customers. SkyCourt will never willfully disclose individually identifiable information about its customers to any third party without first receiving that customer’s permission. We do this when you register for contests/promotions or services that require registration or subscription (for example, chat or e-mail). SkyCourt reserves the right to edit or disclose the contents of your private communications to law enforcement authorities, if in SkyCourt’s good faith belief that such action is reasonably necessary to: (i) conform to the edicts of the law or comply with legal process served on SkyCourt; (ii) protect and defend the rights or property of SkyCourt; or (iii) act under exigent circumstances to protect the personal safety of SkyCourt’s customers or the public.
