Details: Zest Bistro is a new addition to Shannon Knights’ complex and was opened fully in June of 2010, since then Zest has grown from strength to strength.

Zest is open seven days a week from 10am until last orders at 9pm, serving coffee mornings, breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Our idea behind Zest was to offer customers a relaxed and casual dining experience in a visually rich and stylish environment with fantastic and affordable food.

Our head chef has but together a deliciously tempting menu to suit all tastes and budgets alike.

The source of produce at Zest is a very important factor to us, where possible we source locally produced foods and artisan products.

We strive every day to make the experience better and genuinely welcome and act upon any feedback received.
